Pastor Gary and Michelle Hicks

Originally a native Californian, Pastor Gary, his wife Michelle and their four children, Rebekah, Joshua, Rachel and James moved to North Texas to begin Savannah Life Fellowship in the fall of 2006.

After serving in ministry for the past 15 years as youth pastor, church planter, elder, and staff pastor, the Lord directed them to Savannah to begin a new work that would reach out to and love the community of Savannah and the surrounding communities of the 380 corridor.

It is Pastor Gary’s desire to build in people a Holy Spirit-driven passion for God, and a desire to touch that which is closest to God’s heart–His people.

“Michelle and I believe that ministry is a team effort, we are not here to be lone rangers. It takes an entire community to reach a community and we are here to help facilitate that.  We hope that Savannah Life will be a place where you find the people to be loving and kind and the God we serve to be incredible, we hope that it is a place you can call home.”
